TECHNICIANS: We offer a complete maintenance for your pool. All of our technicians are carefully screened and trained. We take our clients security very seriously. We perform one drug test and two background checks at the time of hire as well as random testing. All technicians are full-time employees and not subcontractors. Our technicians are continually trained to provide the best quality service to you. We also have three full-time repairmen ready to assist you with any equipment needs on your pool.
SUPPORT: We have a full office staff (not just voicemail) available to answer your questions and help you so that you can relax and enjoy your pool. We even have a 24/7 emergency service available. After hours, simply call 214-349-6100 and follow the prompts or send an email to customerservice@TropixPools.com.
Everett is our Service Manager. He is also CPO Certified and fully capable to answer any questions you might have about your pool maintenance.
INSURANCE: We carry full fleet, general liability, and accident insurance.

The rates for a typical 25,000 gallon backyard pool with low to moderate foliage are listed below and are year-round prices. However, we prefer to look at each pool situation to give a more accurate bid.

| Service PLUS: This service is an additional service to be used in conjuction with your regular weekly service only. If your pool is a large pool or has trees or gets a lot of leaves or debris from the wind. You may want to consider having this extra service, for one extra time a week at a great rate of only an additional $15.00 a week. This extra day of service would include ONLY emptying the skimmers, the pump basket and the pool cleaner bag. This extra service will help those pools that get excessive amounts of leaves and dirt; and will help to prevent leaks caused by the skimmers being clogged by leaves and help prevent any damage to pumps and filters. This service can be used year-round or seasonally for just the fall or the spring. This service will not work for every pool. Some will require two full visits a week. |
| BIDS: We are happy to come out to your home and meet with you personally to present a bid for pool service. We like to meet our new customers and we want to make sure our bid is accurate.
