Payment Options - We offer a wide variety of payment options
AUTO-CHARGE PROGRAM	*Most popular choice. Never worry about having to write a check again, but still receive all invoices and statements. All invoices are charged to your debit or credit card automatically when invoiced and a receipt mailed to you. Auto-Charge Program (PDF) Note that you can also sign up for E-Billing (see below).
AUTO-DEBIT PROGRAM	Never worry about having to write a check again, but still receive all invoices and statements. All invoices are drafted directly from your checking or savings account when invoiced. Auto-Debit Program (PDF) Note that you can also sign up for E-Billing (see below).
	We also accept PayPal payments. Simply send your payment to the following address: paypal@tropixpools.com
TERMS BILLING	If you don't want to be on one of our Auto payment plans, you can apply for our terms billing accounts. All approved repairs will be due within 15 days and all weekly cleaning service is not due until the end of the current month. We normally do a quick credit check to establish the terms status. We will send to you the necessasry forms to process your application.
ONE-TIME PAYMENTS	If you don't wish to be on an Auto Method, you can also call in any one-time payments. We accept all major credit cards and "Check By Phone". 214-349-6100
E-BILLING OPTION	Go Green and receive all invoices and statements via email. US Postal rates going up again soon. To get started, simply send an email to billing@tropixpools.com and indicate your account name and email address.
