Upon completion of the remodeling job and full payment, a Personalized Certificate from Tropix Pools will be issued to the homeowner for any resurfacing.

If After Plaster Care (APC) is purchased (recommended) you will receive the completed Schedule Sheet showing the details of the APC including water chemistry that is required for your warranty. We offer "After Plaster Care Premium" and "After Plaster Care PLUS". You will also receive the Manufacturer Warranty Certificate from the manufacturer (if applicable). We will take care of submitting these warranty papers for you to the manufacturer and give you a copy since the manufacturer warranty is with the homeowner.

After Plaster Care is critical to the health of the newly applied plaster. The APC is necessary in order to not void the manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on which plaster you have chosen determines which APC (After Plaster Care) you are required to use.

The following require APC PLUS: River Rok, Diamond Brite, Durazzo, and Pearl Brite (from SGM) require brushing the pool twice daily for two weeks.
The following require APC Premium or PLUS: White plaster and QuartzScapes along with Sunstone, Pooltite Plus, (from C.L. Industries) are less stringent on their requirements.

Installed Parts Warranties

On all our equipment installations, we automatically offer a one (1) year warranty on all *parts and six months on labor against defects in materials and workmanship.

*This applies to whole goods only and does not apply to light bulbs or filter grids or wear parts on poolsweeps (bags, tires, etc).
