We love hearing from each of our customers. On each payment stub on the side of the monthly statement there is a box that says "How would you rate the service you have received from us?" There is also a section for additional comments. Below are some of the most recent comments. |

"George Love has been taking care of our pool for at least 8-9 years. My husband John and I wanted you to know that he does an excellent job and is very conscientious, even to the point of calling to ask the condition after a rainstorm. George goes over and beyond in providing first rate service, and we can certainly tell when he is on vacation.
We are very satisfied with our pool service because of George’s attention to detail.

| "Hello,
I wanted to make sure the owner of Tropix knew what a great employee he had working for him. This morning I returned home to find the yellow sheet on my patio from Pepe as I do every Wednesday morning. This morning I also found my husbands wallet left with the yellow sheet. Pepe also called to let me know he found it in the drive way when he arrived this morning. I think it was out there all night.
When I called to thank him for saving us a lot a headache if the wallet had not been found by such and honest person, he said "no problem, I just knew it must be your husband's".
My husband did not even know he had dropped it and was thankful to know it was found by such a good person.
Please pass this e-mail on to the owner of the company and thank you for having great employees.
