TECHNICIANS:
All of our technicians are carefully screened and trained. We take our clients security very seriously. We perform one drug test and two background checks at the time of hire as well as random testing. All technicians are full-time employees and not subcontractors. (Occasionally we will use subs for larger or more technical jobs.) Our technicians are continually trained to provide the best quality service to you. We have three full-time repairmen ready to assist you with any equipment needs on your pool.
ESTIMATES:
We professionally manage every aspect of the job and stand behind every job we do. As a service company, we want to develop a long-term relationship with each customer, so that drives us to make sure that every job is done well. If you are not sure what needs to be done, we can come out and do a no charge estimate (for our weekly service accounts) and present you with a bid for the needed work. For non-service customers there is a $45 trip charge. Once the work is approved, the fee is credited back to you.
SUPPORT: We have a full office staff (not just voicemail) available to answer your questions and help you so that you can relax and enjoy your pool. We even have a 24/7 emergency service available. After hours, simply call 214-349-6100 and follow the prompts or send an email to customerservice@TropixPools.com. Jonathan is our Repair Manager. He is available to help you with any pool equipment issues you might have and give you a bid for any repairs necessary. The bid can either be emailed, faxed, or mailed to you. We don't do any repairs without your approval.
INSURANCE: We carry full fleet, general liability, and accident insurance.

All of our trucks are company owned and a number of them even have GPS tracking (not for the driver) so that we can track their history and current status. All technicians have cell phones. Salt Systems |
We understand salt water chlorination systems, having sold more salt systems than any other dealer in the DFW area. We can tell you whether the salt system is malfunctioning or if it is simply a matter of water chemistry. |

Leak Detection and Repair |
We offer full leak detection on pools and spas. Once the leak has been located, we are able to complete the repair with our in-house staff. If you think you have a problem, call us first and let us provide expert assistance. |
