If … The water isn’t moving and the filter pressure is low:

What you can try: Check the baskets. It is possible the baskets might need to be emptied. Perhaps your water level is just low. If your water level is low, add more water.

Give us a call: It’s possible your weir blade needs to be replaced. If your weir blade is stuck in the “up” position, give us a call and we can replace it. It’s possible the pump could have an air leak on the suction side.

If … Your pump is making a loud noise:

What you can try: Check all your valves. Make sure they are set to the proper settings. Perhaps the pressure side of the plumbing is closed.

Give us a call: If you think the bearings in the motor are wearing out, give us a call and we can replace them. There is also a chance the pump impeller is clogged.

If … The light for your pool won’t come on:

What you can try: Take a look at your circuit breaker for what could be a simple fix. You should also look at your GFCI outlet. You can reset your GFCI outlet yourself if it needs to be reset.

Give us a call: Some pool lights are connected to a computer system. If your light connects to a computer system, it may need to have the power relay replaced.

If … You notice the pump is leaking:

What you can try: Make sure the pump lid is closed securely. You can also try removing the o-ring and giving it a thorough cleaning. Once the o-ring has been cleaned, re-seat the o-ring.

Give Us A Call: The plumbing could have a leak that needs to be professionally repaired.

If … The filter has a leak:

What you can try: Replace the air relief valve. Sometimes just tightening your existing air relief valve will stop the leak.

Give Us A Call: If the O-ring is damaged, it will need to be replaced. There may be a leak in the plumbing that needs to be professionally repaired.
